Anyone who has a toddler doesn’t need me to tell them how little time they need to make a mess. From painting the fireplace to “wearing mommy’s lipstick”, life is never dull at our house. Recently, I have had the pleasure of removing dry erase marker stains from the carpet. While it wasn’t easy (few things actually are), I finally found the trick that works the best….ALCOHOL!! Yes you heard it correctly—–rubbing alcohol. I decided to share this wisdom with the world and so I wrote a short article about what to do and what NOT to do when attempting to remove dry erase marker stains from carpet. You can read the article in its’ entirety here: Removing Dry Erase Marker Stains from Carpet.
