Life as a mom who has her hands full

Laundry is NO Fun

So last night my wonderful husband asked where his socks were. I nodded to the pile of unfolded laundry and heard him grumble as he tried to dig them out. I admit, since I have decided to reinvent myself, I have been neglecting my routine chores. But that is because my routine chores suck. They are certainly no fun. I know that I can be a bit obsessed when I find something I am interested in. and lets face it, my website is certainly a whole lot more fun than folding laundry. There just isn’t time for me to do all the things I want to do. There needs to be more of me or two of me….. Certainly more arms, then I could be folding his socks while typing on my website or blog. I was a wee bit irritated that my “dreams” could only be pursued if the towels were washed, but I don’t think he meant to be insensitive. I will take it as a gentle reminder that everything in life must be balanced. There must be a way to juggle the responsibilities that come with being a wife, a mother, a nurse, and a dreamer. If you have found it….Please let me know!
